Brauhaus Schongau

The Brauhaus in Schongau is a restaurant with a brewery, beer garden and events.

Sophia's great-grandfather was already a brewery owner at the Oberland brewery (Tölz, Tutzing, Munich, Gräfelfing). You could probably have seen it coming when the Albrecht family came to the brewery in Schongau in 2011.

While Sophia's father is the managing director and her mother is the operational manager of the house, her brother Stephan Albrecht brews the beer as the master brewer and Sophia took care of the event, marketing and human resources areas until 2022. Since then, she has supported the family business from Munich wherever she can.
